Project Overview

On behalf of a developer, we took a set of plans that had been granted planning permission and set about making these apartments and duplexes suitable for the current market demands. We also reviewed the configurations from a compliance point of view, especially Part B and then proceeded to design a specification and series of details that were robust and cost effective.
