Duplex Apartment

It seemed wasteful at first to suggest ripping out all of the Developer Spec items from this duplex apartment in the city centre, but actually it was necessary in order to completely transform the space, including a fully redesigned layout, cantilevered walnut stairs, an entertainment space on the upper floor leading to an abundant rooftop garden and two super sized bedrooms with high specification en-suites.
