Greenhouse Restaurant

Project Overview

In conjunction with Byrne Hetherington, we provided a full audit of the existing restaurant adjacent to the mansion house in Dublin 2. This space was not without its challenges – floor to ceiling glazing where privacy needed, north eat facing cold light, a part M ramp to the WC’s dissecting the dining areas, a tight back of house area, convoluted HVAC system, etc.

We stripped the space back and helped to create a little luxury in the heart of Dublin City, which has since been awarded a Michelin Star for its phenomenal food experience.
